Because the AIS learning method is a student centered learning approach, its application requires a revised structure of the traditional classroom. More than fifty percent of time spent in class will be dedicated to research. During this time educators are able to address group specific questions. Because the AIS learning method is a cross-curricular learning approach, educators possibly face a variety of questions from students and, therefore, require are broad knowledge base.
